Bartender

Partunify is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender for our clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high-quality bar experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Interact with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Work collaboratively with the waitstaff and kitchen team to provide seamless service.
• Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Educational Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
