Host/ Hostess

Partunify is looking for a warm, welcoming, and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our client's guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of guests within the dining area. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Maintain an organized waitlist during busy hours.
• Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Assist in coordinating with the waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Keep the reception area clean and presentable.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

Educational Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Additional training in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with reservation management systems is an added advantage.
