Waiter/ Waitress

Partunify is seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress for our clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and make recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Process bills, handle payments, and provide accurate receipts.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and promotions.

Educational Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Additional training in hospitality or food service is an advantage.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
